Extra Light Corrugated Aluminum Panels

Tobias Made Ultra Light Corrugated Aluminum Panels are perfect for extra large oversized art. They are by far the lightest rigid substrate out there. They are 100% Archival as they are not affected by weather, moisture, or temperature changes. 

The core is a corrugated polyethylene laminated by two sheets of aluminum. 

Ultra Light Corrugated ACM is an incredibly LIGHT stable painting surface.  This aluminum panel comes with a thin white primer that bonds to gesso perfectly.  it is great for all oils, acrylic, mixed media, and watercolor applications. Also used for art prints, inkjet, screen printing and photography. 

The surface can be lightly sanded to create the perfect tooth for painting directly on the surface or you can prime and create any surface you like. 

Ultra Light ACM is widely used for oversized paintings because its amazingly rigid surface does not warp or require bracing. It is commonly used for painting with oils, acrylics, watercolor, and mixed media. It also works great for mounting linen, canvas, or photography or image transfers. 

ACM Aluminum Panels come with a protective coating on both sides of the panel. Simply peel back the coating to reveal the smooth white surface beneath, then prepare it to fit your creative needs. 

Pre-sanded panels are also available. These panels have a smooth texture with the perfect tooth for everything from portraits to landscapes and anything in between.
